About

Consciousness-based Education for holistic human development

Ancient indigenous education systems have been more focused towards holistic human development integrating spirituality. In modern terminology, consciousness-Based education that is built on ancient wisdom and practices such as yoga / meditation is becoming popular in schools and universities worldwide ( https://www.globalcountry.org/wp/full-width/consciousness-based-educational-institutions/) and scientifically validated to be highly successful, both in students’ academic performance and in the quality of life which is uniquely peaceful, compassionate and filled with happiness—and free of problems and troubles
( http://www.excellenceinaction.globalgoodnews.com/cbe-scientific-research.pdf http://www.excellenceinaction.globalgoodnews.com/education.html ).

Over 600 scientific research studies conducted at more than 250 universities and research institutions in 33 countries (including USA, UK, India, South Africa, Australia, Netherlands, etc.) validate the wide-ranging benefits of conciseness-based education, which include increased intelligence and creativity, improved academic performance, better health and decreased anxiety, higher moral reasoning, increased self-actualization, and better job performance— benefits which make the individual successful in all avenues of life. Transcendental Meditation technique is a unique evidence-based practice that enhances creativity and clear thinking, and promotes inner peace and wellness.

Modern Science exploring into microscopic Plank scale make us realize the value of ancient wisdom; modern physics (string theory, unified field theory) and modern neuroscience have brought an understanding of nature’s functioning at the fundamental level, that all laws of nature are unified, and everything in the universe are manifested by this synchronized unified field or nature’s intelligence. Pure meditative state transcends / connects to this unified field of consciousness. This consciousness-based practice, combining direct experience and intellectual understanding of the Unified Field of Natural Law, enlivens the unbounded creative potentiality of the students, and gives them the experience of deepest inner bliss and peace

Therefore, being blessed with rich ancient wisdom, it is worthwhile to revisit and learn from our indigenous consciousness-based approaches to education and integrate appropriately bridging the modern science findings. This education will enable us to demystify happiness, facilitate mindfulness practice and experience inner peace, happiness and well being.
