The Induction Programme for the Academic Staff - Certificate in Teaching and related Initial Practices (CTrIP) in Higher Education is scheduled to commence in June 2022. The lectures of this programme will be conducted once in every three weeks, only on Mondays and Tuesdays at the SDC hall, EUSL. The Programme consists of 150 hours including teaching, assessments, independent learning and portfolio development.

The programme fee is Rs. 30,000.00 per participant and the selection will be primarily based on the seniority in the permanent appointment. We intended to receive the duly filled application form on or before 20th May 2022. We strongly urge the participants to send early applications using the specimen application form which is enclosed and the same can be downloaded from here. The payment has to be paid to BURSAR, EASTERN UNIVERSITY, SRI LANKA, Account number 227-1-001-4-0000024, Peoples’ Bank, Chenkalady (Online payment could be made via http://pay.esn.ac.lk ).

The duly completed application form along with the payment slip must be sent under registered post to reach The Director, Staff Development Centre, Eastern University, Sri Lanka on/before the closing date.
