The visit covered following two aspects:

• Exposure visit to the Brandix Apparel factory which is a 5000 workforce manufacturing plant situated at Arayampathy, Batticaloa.
• A session was conducted to the students on the title of “Application of Total Quality Management and Performance Appraisal Concepts in the Real World” by the officials of the Brandix.

This was organized as per the Mutual Covenants of Provide exposure visit opportunities under the MOU between Eastern University, Sri Lanka, and Brandix Apparel Limited.
