The establishment's Department is basically responsible for all matters pertaining to human resources i.e. staff of the University.The officer in charge is entrusted with the duty to ensure optimum productivity of the employees by means of recruitment of the right persons, improving skills by providing training, and boosting morale for good performance.
Taking into consideration the volume and the nature of the work to be carried out and the differences in the systems and procedures to be followed, the work of the Department has been divided between two Divisions, namely; Academic Establishments Division and Non-academic Establishments Division.
