Workshop on Soft Skills
The workshop was conducted by Mentoroof under its Skill Sprint workshop series for universities around Sri Lanka, and focused on creating awareness on bridging the gap in certain soft skills needed to transition from university to career and the global workplace. The Workshop had sessions on developing communication skills, networking skills and mastering the job hunt.
The aim of the Skill Sprint workshop was to highlight and create awareness of the importance of building these soft skills while still at university and to enlighten university students on the available tools and techniques to build these soft skills.
