The Centre for Quality Assurance (CQA) of Eastern University, Sri Lanka, convened the Second Meeting to Finalize the Action Plan for implementing the Internal Institutional Review (IIR) recommendations of the Swami Vipulananda Institute of Aesthetic Studies (SVIAS). The meeting was held on 28th October 2025 from 01.30 p.m. to 04.00 p.m. at the SVIAS Boardroom.

The primary objective of the meeting was to review and interpret the IIR recommendations, develop appropriate actions for each, and finalize the comprehensive Action Plan. The session brought together the Director/SVIAS, Head of Departments, Academic Staff, Members of the Self-Evaluation Report (SER) Writing Team, Administrative Officers, and the FQAC Coordinator.

The meeting was coordinated by Prof. P. Elango, Director of the CQA, who guided the discussions and provided strategic direction to ensure the effective and timely implementation of the review recommendations.

This collaborative initiative underscores the institution’s sustained commitment to strengthening quality assurance practices and fostering institutional growth at SVIAS.
