Internal Institutional Review – Trincomalee Campus.
The Centre for Quality Assurance conducted a Site Visit for the Internal Institutional Review (IIR) on 29th & 30th August, 2024 at the Trincomalee Campus – Eastern University, Sri Lanka.
The purpose of this IIR was as a mock review for the preparation of Institutional Review of the UGC.
Review Team:

- Professor N.Rajeshwaran - Eastern University, Sri Lanka.
- Prof. T.Mathiventhan - Eastern University, Sri Lanka.
During the visit, the team conducted meetings with the Rector, Deans, Head of Departments, Academics, Administrative, Student Counsellors, Academic Supportive Staff, Non-Academic Staffs, Student Representatives, Coordinators of the Centres & Units. Also, the team Observed facilities such as Library, Hostels, Centres / Units, Lecture halls, Computer Labs, Workshop, Study/Discussion areas, and Canteens.
The SER Team assisted the Review Team to inspect the documents. Centre for Quality Assurance Director Dr. P.Elango also participated in this visit.
