The target groups for this training programme were all academic staff of EUSL

Workshop on Disciplinary Procedure was conducted on 27th October 2022 from 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. in the Board room, EUSL. The resource person for this workshop was Mr. S. Shanmugan, Council Member and Retired Registrar for University of Moratuwa and University of Colombo. The target group for this workshop is all Administrative members of EUSL and selected non-academics staff.

Workshop on Consultative session on the use of research and evaluation findings by academia for policymaking was conducted on 14th October 2022 from 09.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. in the SDC Hall, EUSL. The resource person for this workshop was M. Thilakarajah, Project Manager and Former Member of the Parliament and Sri Lanka Evaluation Association team. The target group for this workshop is all the heads of the departments.

A two days Transnational Training Programme on Internationalization was conducted by the SDC under the ENACT Project on 15th and 16th September and 11th and 12th October 2022 at the SDC Hall, EUSL. The target groups for this training programme were selected Administrative Staff and Non-Academics Staff of EUSL

The Induction Programme for Academic Staff 2022 was started on 15th August 2022 at SDC Hall, EUSL. The resource persons for the first-day session are Prof Suki Ekarathne, Former Director, Staff Development Centre, University of Colombo, Prof. A. Anton Arulrajah, Professor in Management, Department of Management, Faculty of Commerce & Management, EUSL and Dr K. E. Karunakaran, Deputy Vice-Chancellor, EUSL.

Workshop on Event Management for Administrative Staff to all Administrative Staff of the EUSL including Trincomalee Campus and SVIAS to enhance their skill and capacity to perform their duties more efficiently and professionally for the betterment of the university. The workshop was conducted 08th & 09th April 2022 at Sober Is1and Hotel, Trincomalee. The resource persons for this workshop are LCdr D.G.K.G.T. Kumara and his team.

A series of workshops on Career Development for Management Assistants to all eligible Management Assistants who have registered for the promotion examination to be held in 2022 was conducted from 17th February 2022 to 23rd February 2022 at SDC hall and CICT hall, EUSL. A Workshop on Management Information System & Academic Profile - Third Session to all Academic staff from the Faculty of Arts & Culture was conducted on 15th March 2020 from 9.15 a.m. to 1.15 p.m. at CICT Laboratory, EUSL. The resource persons for this workshop are Mr A. Ananthkumar, System Analyst, CICT, EUSL, and Mr S. Puvikanth, System Analyst, CEDEC, EUSL.

A Workshop on Safety Precautions and Maintenance of Laboratories to all the Laboratory Staff and other interested staff of EUSL & Trincomalee Campus was conducted on 19th February 2020 from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. at the Laboratory, Faculty of Technology EUSL. The Resource persons for this workshop are Prof. S. Arasaretnam, Director, SDC, EUSL, Mr. S. Premkumar, Senior Techincal Officer, Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science, and Mrs. Selvi Karunaharan, Chief Technical Officer, Department of Agricultural Biology, Faculty of Agriculture.
